This position entails answering phone calls to assist with flight reservations, assist passengers, and answer any travel related questions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer calls from guest wanting to book, change, cancel flights and respond to emails
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Enter new customer information into system
- Be energetic with a positive attitude
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time, maintain a positive attitude at all times and multi-tasking

- Background in customer service and/or call centers preferred.
